When you use AI-assisted, automation, API testing, test generation, load test generation, or similar features, User Content such as prompts, test cases, URLs, page metadata, DOM information, screenshots, logs, API endpoints, headers, request bodies, response bodies, generated artifacts, and related technical data may be transmitted to third-party providers as necessary to provide the requested functionality, generate outputs, maintain security, prevent abuse, process payments, provide support, and improve service reliability.
You are responsible for ensuring that you have the lawful right, authorization, consent, notice, contract, or other legal basis required to submit such data to the Services and permit its processing by Quagix and its service providers.
Depending on the context, you or your organization may act as the controller or equivalent decision-maker for customer-controlled data submitted to the Services, and Quagix may act as a processor, service provider, or equivalent role for the purpose of providing the requested Services. For account, billing, security, analytics, product administration, and service operations data, Quagix may act as an independent controller or equivalent role as described in this Privacy Policy.
