3.1 Credits and Paid Usage
Quagix may offer prepaid credits, top-ups, or other usage-based billing models. Monthly lock-in is not required unless explicitly stated for a specific plan.
Unless otherwise stated, credits are prepaid usage units for eligible product operations.
3.2 Non-Refundable Credits
Purchased or allocated credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly approved by Quagix in writing.
Consumed credits are generally non-refundable except where required by law, duplicate payment, failed payment capture, or platform-confirmed failed charged generation handled through credit restoration or platform credit. Free, trial, beta, promotional, bonus, or complimentary credits are non-refundable and have no cash value.
3.3 Credit Expiry
Unless otherwise stated, paid credits expire 30 days from the latest successful paid recharge, allocation, or activation. If a user has 50 credits and recharges 100 more credits, the wallet balance becomes 150 credits and the validity resets to 30 days from the latest successful paid recharge.
Expired credits cannot be used, refunded, transferred, exchanged, or converted into cash.
3.4 GST and Taxes
Applicable GST, taxes, duties, levies, or payment charges may be shown separately at checkout, invoice, or payment confirmation.
Displayed recharge or credit amounts before checkout may exclude GST or other applicable taxes unless clearly stated otherwise.
3.5 Failed Payments
If a payment fails but money is debited, reversal timelines are subject to payment provider or bank processes.
If credits are not added after a successful debit, contact Quagix with payment details for review.
3.6 Duplicate Payments
If you suspect duplicate payment, contact Quagix with transaction details.
If verified and credits were not used, Quagix may issue a refund or equivalent credits subject to applicable law and provider rules.
3.7 Incorrect Recharge or User Error
Payments made by mistake, incorrect recharge amounts, unused credits, accidental purchases, or change of mind are generally not refundable.
Exceptional cases may be reviewed at Quagix discretion.
3.8 Service Interruptions and Beta Limitations
Beta services may be unavailable, incomplete, interrupted, or changed; these issues do not automatically qualify for refunds.
Where a chargeable operation fails due to platform-side issues, Quagix may restore credits, provide replacement usage, or take corrective action at discretion.
3.9 Cancellation
If Quagix offers recurring subscriptions in the future, cancellation rules will be shown in the applicable plan, checkout page, or subscription terms.
Cancellation of an account or plan does not automatically entitle the user to a refund for unused credits unless required by law or approved by Quagix.
3.10 Refund Processing
Approved refunds may be processed to the original payment method or another lawful method.
Refund timelines may depend on payment providers, banks, card networks, or other intermediaries, and taxes or processing charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
3.11 Contact for Billing Issues
For refund, payment, or credit issues, contact quagixinnovations@gmail.com and include account email, payment date, amount, transaction reference, and issue description.
